• Strong willingness to learn & able to work well in a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to start work immediately
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and/or XHS (小红书)
• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
• Comfortable conducting training, coaching, and group facilitation
• Knowledge of:
  • Influencer/KOC strategies
  • Short-video storytelling & editing
  • Platform algorithms and trend discovery
• Able to prepare slides, training materials, and hands‑on practice activities
