Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies within DBS Bank's operations and service offerings.
• Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Gen-AI deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the integration of Gen-AI.
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to senior management on the strategic implications and opportunities of leveraging Gen-AI within the banking industry.
• Oversee the development and implementation of robust prompt engineering practices to ensure the reliability, transparency, and accountability of Gen-AI models used within the bank.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive AI literacy program to educate and empower employees on the responsible use of Gen-AI technologies.
