Job summary

Working Hours: 11am – 8pm

Operational & Regulatory Management
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage lending processes, documentation accuracy, and regulatory submissions.

Sales & Performance Management
  • Drive branch performance through effective target setting, resource optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Ensure revenue and sales targets are consistently achieved.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve high standards of performance and service.

  • Build a positive and cohesive team environment.

Customer Service Excellence
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.

  • Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally and promptly.

Risk & Financial Management
  • Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and credit risks.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the branch.

Community Engagement
  • Represent the organization within the local community to build brand trust and engagement.

Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in financial services, sales, customer service, or tele-calling environments.

  • Strong understanding of lending processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing performance.

  • Excellent tele-calling capability with strong customer handling skills.

  • Must hold a valid Test Qualified Manager (TQM) certificate certified by the Ministry of Law (Singapore).
