Job Responsibilities:

  • To develop and apply respective test measurement methodology and tool to ensure reliability of filters delivered to customer.
  • Generate WPS / datasets/Test program for New Product Developed independently from generation to mass production launch. Meet MPE & Engineering run commitment & delivery.
  • Buy‑off production Test software (wafer probing specification, test program) and Hardware (probe core/ test jig). Evaluate new test hardware, qualify alternate sources for production probe core/ test jigs / test hardware.
  • Test productivity / flexibility (e.g. test time improvements, etc.).
  • Work with quality & cross functions group on quality initiatives to improve and sustain quality / customer claims (e.g., High‑Power testing capability, DC leakage testing, DOE etc.), failure analysis, investigation of root cause & respective corrective actions determination (FE, Assembly and BE test processes)

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / min. 2 years’ experience in RF testing.
  • Good understanding of RF/Microwave engineering / trouble shooting and experience in NWA is added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of statistics and its applications.

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of mobile RF & microwave test experience / applications.
  • Hands on with Aplac, AWR, Linux, C/C++, Python, or Visual Basic is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer fabrication & wafer probing).
  • Dynamic, initiative, resourceful, team player and highly self‑motivated.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills. (Senior/Staff)
