Job Summary:
Experienced QA professional with over 9 years in software testing, specializing in test leadership, functional validation, automation, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level financial applications. Strong background working with global banking clients, across multiple geographies including Singapore, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA efforts across Manual and Automation Testing streams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and functional requirements.
Design and execute functional, regression, UAT, and end-to-end test plans.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Tricentis and other tools.
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones.
Perform backend testing using PL/SQL and tools like TOAD.
Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as JIRA and Quality Center.
Attend Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups and Sprint Planning.
Track test metrics, create knowledge artifacts, and support process improvements (CMMI).
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and project teams globally.
