About the role

As the Tender Manager at Right Construction Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities for this leading construction company. This full-time position will see you leading the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring bids are strategically positioned to win lucrative contracts.

What you'll be doing

1. Identify and evaluate potential tender opportunities that align with the company's capabilities and strategic priorities.
2. Coordinate the tender bid process, including collating information, managing stakeholders, and ensuring submissions are of the highest quality.
3. Develop winning tender strategies and proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
4. Monitor tender deadlines and ensure all submissions are delivered on time.
5. Maintain a detailed pipeline of tender opportunities and track performance metrics.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to the wider tendering team.
7. Collaborate closely with the estimating, operations, and commercial functions to deliver successful bids.

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience in a tender/bid management role within the construction industry.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive proposals.
3. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts and pricing.
