A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Tender Coordinator to manage the submission process, including maintaining schedules and compliance with internal standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum diploma in Engineering or Project Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience in tendering or project support. Strong experience in Transmission & Distribution or Power Systems is essential. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
In charge of maintaining trackers, schedules, and approval logs to ensure timely and error-free submissions.
Responsible in compiling tender submissions, integrating inputs from factories
Taking charge following and executing the assigned task within the timelines
Responsible in supporting internal approval workflows by preparing required documents ahead of deadlines.
Responsible in ensuring version control, formatting consistency, and compliance of all submissions with internal standards.
In charge of document clarification responses, track progress for ongoing tenders, organize follow-up actions and escalate, where necessary.
Request and track vendor quotations; compile comparative summaries for review.
Manage document version control and implement quality checks for accuracy and compliance.
Support handover of secured opportunities to project teams with complete documentation packages for tender closure and transitions
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Engineering/ Project Management or relevant
Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, engineering, or project support
Experience in Transmission & Distribution and/or Power Systems is required
