Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Temporary Staff member for Investigation Support & Administrative Functions. This role involves preparing documents, filing court documents, and liaising with the public. Ideal candidates are former police officers and must have strong communication skills. Qualifications

Job Title: Temporary Staf – Investigation Support & Administrative Functions

Location: New Bridge Road

Contract period : 12 months (1 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026)

Work Arrangement: On-site,
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week, excluding public holidays)

Salary: Up to $3,750/month

Job Description / Responsibilities:
  • Prepare relevant documents and letters as requested by police officers
  • File and/or duplicate Court documents, media files, and other documents
  • Process completed investigation case files for filing
  • Proofread documents/transcripts to check for accuracy
  • Answer calls from members of public and redirect calls to relevant officers
  • Liaise with members of public for appointments with police officers
  • Administrative processing of case exhibits
  • Any other administrative tasks, such as planning unit-level events, collating KPIs, etc
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Former Police Officer from the Singapore Police Force
  • Not a subject of any ongoing criminal investigation at the time of application
  • Not previously terminated from service from the Singapore Police Force or any civil service
  • Observe confidentiality at all times for all documents and information handled during work
  • Diploma / A’Level qualifications, assessed based on experience, aptitude, and qualifications
  • Preference for candidates with relevant working experience in law enforcement agencies
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written) for liaising, reporting, and documentation
  • Understand simple legal documents for work assignments
  • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office; comfortable learning and using computerized investigation management systems
  • Flexible and adaptable to process changes
