Job summary

A leading educational institution in Singapore is looking for Temporary Management Support Staff to provide quality clinic and administrative support within the University Health Centre. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will handle patient registration, assist in medical examinations, organize reports, and perform data entry tasks. Candidates should have at least GCE 'O' Level or diploma, possess good planning skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

  • GCE 'O' Level / ITE / Diploma Holders.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of the team.
  • Meticulous and good service-oriented attitude.
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare or service industries is an advantage.

Job Description

University Health Centre (UHC) set up under NUS, is a holistic healthcare provider for the NUS community. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team under UHC to provide quality clinic and administrative supports to ensure smooth and efficient running of the clinic’s operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform frontline and counter duties including patient registration.
  • Assist with medical examination duties.
  • Organize, sort and file reports.
  • Scan, upload, and archive documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Other ad hoc clinic and administrative supports as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • GCE "O" Level / ITE / Diploma Holders
  • Good planning and organizational skills
