Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking 40 temporary customer service officers to support daily operations. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, promoting e-services, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidates should have at least an A Level qualification and be comfortable in a call-centre environment. The position is for a duration of 3 months, offering $13.60 per hour, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
