Job summary

A leading resource management company in Singapore is looking for a professional to assist with graduation-related tasks and handle communications with students and assessors. The successful candidate will have a diploma or A levels, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, teamwork, and administrative skills are required. This role operates onsite, with a salary of $14/hr from January to May 2025.

Job Descriptions
  • Support in matters related to graduation requirements including:
    • Liaising, communicating, and contacting students (via phone, text, and/or email) to provide updates on assignment submission status
    • Coordinating communication between external assignment assessors and students to ensure timely follow-ups where required
  • Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Period:January to May 2025
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Clementi
Salary: $14/hr

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or A levels holder with at least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Proficient in handling data.
  • Good communication and writing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
  • Good coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to manage and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Able to work onsite.
