Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 1-year contract role focused on HR data preparation and analysis.   • Conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers for monitoring HR service performance.
  • Manage office administration including team meeting coordination.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects.

Job Scope
  • Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics purposes, as well as in the audit and analysis of division’s performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Organize HR GSS datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance with established standards.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall HR GSS’s SLA performance achievements and incident rates.
  • Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings, project tracking and documentations and tracking of Division’s IT assets and stationaries where applicable.
  • Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
