Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Filing & Opening/changing of Pfile.
  • Packing past resignee files into cupboards & Shredding of archived documents.
  • Updating external appointments in Excel.
  • Emailing and collating attendance & opening new files.
  • Completing any other assigned duties.
