Job summary

A temporary staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Temporary Admin & Accounts Executive for a 7-month role. Responsibilities include managing accounting matters, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with procurement and sales support. Position:Temporary Admin & Accounts Executive
Employment Period: 7 months, March – October 2026, convertible to perm.

Working Days:Monday - Friday
Working Hours:8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location:Macpherson / Tai Seng area

Salary: $2,700 - $3,500 depending on experience.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Temporary Admin & Accounts Executive to manage accounting, administrative, and office operations for the duration. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure smooth financial and administrative processes.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role, subject to business needs and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage all accounting-related matters.
  • Handle company bank accounts.
  • Report financial data to HQ on a monthly basis.
  • Support financial audits.
  • Prepare payroll for all office staff (less than 10).
  • Check and verify expense reports.
  • Control and check incoming invoices from suppliers and forwarders.
  • Track cost/revenue for chamber and service orders.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage administrative aspects of the office.
  • Able to work independently in the office.

Procurement & Sales Support

  • Follow up on purchase orders received.
  • Prepare purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
  • Organize deliveries to customers.
  • Prepare invoices to customers and follow up on accounts receivables.
  • Support sales and service personnel.
Requirements
  • Relevant Accounting experience with AP/AR/Bank Reconciliation/General Ledger knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint is expected. Training will be provided for local accounting system EZAccounting Software.
