We're now looking for an individual, who would like to take on the exciting and challenging role as Temenos Securities/ Wealth Management Lead with us.

Role

As a Securities Functional Lead you will:

• Help our Banking clients transform, to a new generation of Wealth Management services leveraging your knowledge on the Banking Industry and digital technologies.
• Build end-to-end offerings in order to support banks transformation journeys and help meet their business needs.
• Shape the best of the breed Integration approach with clients existing Business-IT Landscape
• Participate in business and integration workshops, contribute to project delivery, recommend best-of-breed solutions, and manage or execute the engagement along all phases: Requirements, Functional specifications, Technical analysis/design, Build, Test, and Deployment.

The individual is also expected to have experience on Hybrid/Agile methodology aligned with Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) standard.

Mandatory Skills and Responsibilities

• Overall, 11-15 years of experience in Temenos Private Wealth modules
• Strong functional knowledge in various Securities asset classes viz-a-viz Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, OTC Products such as Structured Notes, etc. and their business processes.
• Implementation experience of at least 2 projects in Transact Private Wealth modules - Securities Order, Trading & Settlement, Corporate Actions, Transfers & Portfolio Management, STP, Securities Fees, Charges, Commission & Tax related modules.
• Strong knowledge in Transact Core Banking functionalities.
• Proven track record of providing workaround and L3 (customization) solutions in Securities & CA modules.
• Must have strong consulting skills like stakeholder management, communication and advisory capabilities.
• Experience in running PLW sessions, requirement elicitation, providing functional design solutions and configuration of products.
• Proficiency in English.
• Gather and document business requirements, do gap analysis, solutioning, functional design.
• Expected to work in collaboration with Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Team Lead and Developer team to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered through the IT application team.

Proficient in the below

• Knowledge of how Temenos Core Banking enables one or more end-to-end business process.
• Experience in conducting product Architecture and design workshops.
• Temenos T24 project delivery experience would be a value addition.
• Implementation of different Temenos products and at least 2 end to end implementation experience.
• Support for Internal Initiatives PoC´s
• Drive Capability Development for the Domain
