Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a motivated sales professional to drive sales performance and manage customer relationships. The role involves handling inquiries, converting leads, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has a diploma in business administration/marketing, 1-2 years of sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Results driven and self-motivated for new challenges.
  • Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
  • Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company
Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
Inbound Sales Management
  • Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities
Sales Execution
  • Qualified leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities
Collaboration
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs
Reports and Administrative Matters
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making
  • Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing and other relevant fields
  • At least 1-2 yrs of sales experience
  • Results driven and self-motivated for new challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools will be advantageous
