• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards.
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities.
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards.
• Update customer information in the database.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred.
• Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions.
• Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers.
• Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude.
