About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketer to join our growing insurance and financial services team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and arranging appointments for our advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects from provided lead lists
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and financial/insurance consultants
  • Follow up on missed calls and maintain regular engagement
  • Achieve monthly appointment-setting and call activity targets
  • Update call activity and client information accurately in the CRM system
Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and positive, resilient attitude
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable handling rejection

Preferred:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Proven success in appointment setting or lead generation
