Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven track record of leading R&D projects, developing innovative technologies, and managing cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in new ventures, small business growth, or startups is an advantage.
• Knowledge of smart manufacturing, industrial control systems, sensors, and AI‑powered industrial applications.
• Relevant data analytics and programming skills to support research initiatives.
