RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multi-disciplinary teams
• Remove roadblocks and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks
• Act as the glue between Engineering, QA, Quant, Platform, and Business Units
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently
• Align delivery outcomes with strategic business goals and customer needs
• Champion Agile – facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
• Manage risks and elevate critical issues with urgency and clarity
• Implement KPIs and metrics to drive team efficiency and accountability

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 6 years’ experience in project or delivery management, ideally in tech or financial services
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines
