Coordinate the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

Support the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions built on native programming stacks.

Promote development best practices, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance as needed.

Assist in planning and tracking of development efforts, including sprint management, resource planning, and quality assurance.

Work with senior stakeholders to align programme objectives with organizational strategy.

Liaise with external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.

Facilitate solution walkthroughs, documentation reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders.

Engage with end users to gather feedback and ensure solution alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with security teams to review, verify, and address any vulnerabilities flagged, ensuring compliance with internal security standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong domain knowledge in human resource processes and applications is a must.

Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and API Gateway.

Ability to interpret business needs and contribute to effective technical solutions.
