Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist on the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of the campus, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air‑conditioning and all other matters related to the maintenance management of the campus;
  • Assist in fire fighting procedures and emergency situations.
  • Provide support on event layout and setup.
  • Provide technical support and attend to breakdown as requested by Help‑desk.
  • Follow up on work done by contractors of electrical, air‑con, plumbing, kitchen equipment, fire alarm system.
  • Other work as may be assigned.
Requirements
  • 5.5‑day work week with alternate Saturday.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC certificate or above.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Technician.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skill sets.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking with positive attitude.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
