We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Assemble components or products according to technical specifications and work instructions.
  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of products or equipment.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records of materials, output, and quality issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve production issues.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S).
  • Report equipment malfunctions and assist in corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Required:

  • ITE/Polytechnic Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
  • Basic mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
