Installation & Commissioning
- Install mechanical, digital, and smart locker systems, including wiring, sensors, locksets, CPUs, controlboards, routers, and power components.
- Install and configure vending machines (coil, belt, hook systems according to customer requirements.
- Perform onsite testing, commissioning, and calibration of deployed systems.
- Ensure proper alignment, stability, and safety during installation.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Conduct routine servicing of lockers and vending machines, including checking lock mechanisms, CPUs,sensors, boards, routers, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults in hardware components.
- Replace faulty spare parts, control modules, sensors, or cabling.
- Perform software resets, firmware upgrades, and basic system configuration.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Respond to customer support tickets and service calls within SLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues (4G routers, power supply, Bluetooth boards).
- Resolve vending machine issues such as jammed coils, jammed products, lift failures, and display errors.
- Work closely with the software team (RELACSYS) to diagnose integrated system issues.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate service records, checklists, and job sheets.
- Submit reports on completed installations, repairs, and parts usage.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and tools.
Customer Interaction
- Provide professional onsite communication with clients and building management.
- Offer basic training to customers on system usage, maintenance, and operational best practices.
- Uphold the company’s values of reliability, safety, and service excellence.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, and mechanical repair.
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, or similar technical roles.
- Advantageous: Knowledge in RS232, control boards, routers, and vending systems.
General Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving or Class 2 bike license (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle onsite challenges.
- Physically fit to handle tools, ladders, and occasional heavy components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow standard operating procedures.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
