• Inspection and Troubleshooting: Identifying issues and solving technical problems across systems like air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
• Repair and Maintenance: Carrying out minor repairs to building systems and equipment.
• Project Coordination: Overseeing and supervising construction or maintenance works to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Project Management: Planning, organizing, and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of assigned projects. This includes tracking project progress, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Site Management: Ensuring safety and quality control on-site, managing materials and plant resources effectively.
