Job summary

A mechanical service company in Singapore is seeking a technician to perform on-site preventive maintenance and remedial repair services. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least one year of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge. This role requires commitment to 5.5 workdays per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in related industry.
• Able to commit to 5.5 workdays per week and standbys.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule.
• Provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
• Ensure system uptime of not less than 98%.
• Meet desired Service Levels expected from customers.

Job Responsibility

• To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule.
• To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
• Ensuring that the system under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%.
• Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned.
• Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery.
• Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services.
• Maintain customers install base records.
• Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 years of relevant working experience in related industry.
• Some knowledge of basic computer applications (MSOffice/CAD/Basic programming etc.)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit 5.5 workdays per week & standbys
