• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks (carpentry, painting, minor fixes).
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing work (lights, outlets, leaks, clogs, etc.).
• Assist on troubleshooting of equipment.
• Assist with ACMV and generators upkeep.
• Escort and oversee external vendors during onsite works.
• Perform walkabout and safety checks.
• Support setup for events and assist other departments as needed.
• Provide emergency repair support, including after-hours standby on rotation.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
• Working Hours : (Monday to Friday): 08:30 am to 05:30 pm, (Saturday): 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Job Specification

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of proven experience in general maintenance, handyman, or facility technician work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks (e.g. lifting, climbing, standing for long periods).
• Professional, respectful attitude—especially when interacting with elderly residents and staff.
• Willingness to work after-hours standby rotation.
