You will conduct on-site enhancements and maintenance, implement product configurations, and resolve technical issues while fostering strong customer relationships.
You will be responsible for providing technical support in the development and implementation of customer applications and company products. Your role will involve conducting on-site enhancements, maintenance, and support for both new and existing systems. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing new product configurations, software upgrades, installing network devices, and hardware components or peripherals. It will be your responsibility to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical problems, while also being knowledgeable about company and third-party vendor products used in customer applications and systems.
