Implementation: You will carry out the deployment of the in-house system (e.g., Intercom, Nurse call and Speed Enforcement System), work also includes coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Testing & Troubleshooting: You will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting the system to meet standards and resolve issues.

Documentation: You will create and maintain technical specifications, user manuals, work instruction and other documentation related to the project.

Stakeholder management: You will manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project status, risks, and issues, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Quality Control: You will perform regular quality control checks and audits to ensure system meets required quality standards and take corrective actions, as necessary.

Maintenance and Support: You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on the system you have deployed. This will involve performing routine checks, identifying, and resolving issues, and conducting repairs or replacement as necessary to ensure that the system continues to function effectively.

Requirements:

Demonstrated strong system/ hardware troubleshooting.

Good Knowledge in IT knowledge and experience in setting up and troubleshooting IT network and ELV system.

Knowledge of Intercom, Nurse Call and Traffic Enforcement System configuration would be an advantage.

Able multi-task and work independently.

Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience.

Good communication, writing and presentation skills.

Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
