What We Need:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and technical implementation of our cutting-edge gaming projects. You'll collaborate closely with external business users and internal cross‑functional teams including game developers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• To gather user requirements and to produce requirement documentation by working closely with the project stakeholders including developers, product owners and external business users.
• Implement and enforce project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth and successful platform integration with external business users.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of API Integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the gaming or tech industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex technical API Integration projects.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Solid understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
