About the Role
As Technical Manager, EV Infrastructure Development, you will support the execution of electrical infrastructure upgrades—such as substations and consumer switch rooms that power Singapore’s growing EV charging network.
You will work closely with contractors, partner agencies, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands‑on site work, stakeholder coordination, and seeing complex infrastructure projects through from planning to completion.
What You Will Do
Project & Site Execution
- Support electrical infrastructure upgrade works from tender and evaluation through construction and post‑completion
- Manage site progress and supervise contractor performance
- Conduct and support site assessments to ensure readiness and compliance
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within approved budgets
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with partner agencies and stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation
- Organise stakeholder meetings and proactively resolve site or coordination issues
- Ensure works are properly sequenced and de‑conflicted to minimise disruption
Team & Operational Support
- Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative functions within the team
- Lead or support ad‑hoc projects and improvement initiatives
- Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For
Skills & Attributes
- Mentaly sharp with a keen eye for detail
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and proactive
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (GIS/BIM experience is an advantage)
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background in Electrical or Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably involving electrical infrastructure upgrades
- Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will also be considered if they demonstrate strong organisational skills, teamwork, and leadership potential
