Job Description

• Manage the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver the outcome timely and with good quality. Maintain design program by managing interfaces and monitoring progress, coordinating activities, resolving, or coordinating conflicts and issues in design packages.
• Co‑ordinate design related matters with Consultants and Clients. Resolve technical problems for project team.
• Work out the shop drawing (mainly RC and Archi drawing) submit schedule and manage the submittals in orderly manner. Technical proposal composing.
• Arrange and chair regular meeting of technique team for progress monitoring.
• Ensure optimise design solutions in compliant with construction standards, regulatory framework, contractual specifications and buildability requirements.
• Ensure the construction team clearly understand the content and requirements of the latest drawings and requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Structural or in a related field accredited by Singapore's Professional Engineer Board.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience and 5 years in large scale Civil & Infrastructure/Building projects.
• Good knowledge and experience of RC structure works.
• Familiar with Archi, M&E works.
• Exceptional technical and problem‑solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Must be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
