The mobile team empowers the e-commerce business by crafting the best iOS app experience for our users. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and driving the iOS chapter with your excellent technical leadership.

You will also regularly coordinate and communicate with cross-functional squads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of passionate iOS engineers
• Build high performance, well-structured native app with modern iOS best‑practices in mind
• Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the app
• Advocate good engineering practices and ensure technical knowledge sharing
• Define and plan a vision of scalable, modernize mobile architecture

Requirements

• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
• Able to lead and make high‑level decisions
• Maintain respectful and trusting relationships and effective people manager
• Proficient with Swift and XCTest
• Experience with offline storage, concurrency, threading and performance tuning
• Knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures (MVVM or VIPER), trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Bonus point if you have experience working with CI/CD, automation tools or functional programming
• At least 4‑5 years’ experience in leading small/medium size team
• Excellent communication skill(s)
• Strong technical skills, especially in iOS
