1. L liaison: Main point of contact between Contractor’s Personnel and HPB on work matters.
2. Supervision & Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality, timelines, task allocation, and effective communication.
3. Training & Development: Provide structured training and guidance for the team on HCS processes.
4. Leave Management: Ensure proper handover or coverage when team members are on leave.
5. Approval Process: Ensure sign-off on applications with recommendations via a multi-tier review system, documenting assessments through the designated process.
