Job summary

A leading contractor in Singapore seeks an experienced individual to act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between Contractor's Personnel and HPB. The role involves supervising daily operations and providing training on HCS processes. Applicants should have at least five years of relevant experience and a degree in Food Science and Nutrition or a related field. This position is critical for maintaining quality standards and effective task allocation within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact between Contractor's Personnel and HPB.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality and task allocation.
  • Provide training and guidance for the team on HCS processes.
  • Manage leave and ensure proper handover processes.
  • Ensure sign-off on applications via a multi-tier review system.

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. L liaison: Main point of contact between Contractor’s Personnel and HPB on work matters.

2. Supervision & Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality, timelines, task allocation, and effective communication.

3. Training & Development: Provide structured training and guidance for the team on HCS processes.

4. Leave Management: Ensure proper handover or coverage when team members are on leave.

5. Approval Process: Ensure sign-off on applications with recommendations via a multi-tier review system, documenting assessments through the designated process.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must possess FIVE (5) or more years of relevant past project job experience.
  • A Degree in a recognized Food Science and Nutrition, or Food Science and Technology orNutrition and/or Dietetics or equivalent.
