A prominent educational services provider in Singapore is seeking an individual for a role focused on event coordination and teaching support. Responsibilities include planning school events, assisting with learning materials, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure events run smoothly and educational needs are met. Strong organizational skills and experience in event planning will be essential for success in this role.
The Services required are set out as follows:
(a) Event Coordination
Support school to plan, organise, and execute school events including camps, celebrations, learning journeys, and enrichment programmes.
Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Coordinate arrangements for transport, food, prizes, decorations, equipment etc.
Develop and prepare event resources, materials and schedules.
Collaborate closely with administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
(b) Teaching and Learning Support
Assist teachers in developing and preparing learning materials, classroom displays, and interactive teaching aids.
(c) Administrative and Other Duties
Provide administrative support to school across various school functions.
Maintain accurate records, inventories, and resources for classrooms and events.
Undertake other duties as assigned by school to support overall school operations.
