The successful candidate will ensure tax compliance, prepare tax filings, and provide advisory services on transfer pricing. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Corporate tax, transfer pricing, and current and deferred tax OR tax advisory experience.
• Relevant experience in handling Commodities industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tax compliance for Singapore and regional entities.
• Prepare tax returns and filings, current and deferred tax.
• Provide tax advisory on transfer pricing and intercompany issues.
• Engage in tax planning for cross-border transactions.
• Liaise with auditors and regulators for compliance.
• Perform any other adhoc duties.
