A leading electric machinery firm in Singapore is seeking a talented individual for a role focused on strengthening leadership pipelines. The candidate will develop and implement innovative leadership development programs, assess their effectiveness, and collaborate with business leaders on people-related matters. A degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and at least 5 years of experience in Talent Management is essential. Job Description
  • Work closely with leaders to identify talents, high-potential employees, and successors to strengthen leadership pipelines and meet future organisational needs.
  • Develop, curate, and implement innovative approaches and curriculum for Leadership Development programmes to cultivate effective and high-performing leaders and leadership teams.
  • Drive talent empowerment through curated development programmes and enable career mobility in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Assess the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives using 360-degree assessments and other evaluation tools to measure individual and organisational impact.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with market practices and organisational needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to support all people-related matters, including employee development, performance management and employee relations for overseas offices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters, providing accurate and consistent guidance.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation.
