Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support the implementation and administration of talent mobility, learning, and development programs for cybersecurity professionals. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing data, creating reports, and assisting with content creation and stakeholder engagement.

Job Scope
  • Assist in rolling out and administering talent mobility and learning frameworks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for cybersecurity staff, answering inquiries and providing career development guidance
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs
  • Maintain systems for tracking employee competencies, certifications, and progress
  • Compile and analyze data for program reporting and create visualizations using tools like Tableau and Excel
  • Assist in developing learning materials and communications to promote talent development initiatives
  • Gather feedback to improve program effectiveness
  • Support stakeholder engagement by preparing materials for meetings and presentations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or HR coordination
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with LMS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
  • Interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn about the field
