About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Development Executive to support and grow our people, culture, and workplace experience.
This is a hands-on HR role that goes beyond routine administration. You’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day HR operations while also helping to drive employee engagement, learning, and culture-building initiatives across the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Serve as a key point of contact for staff on HR matters, policies, and workplace practices
  • Assist in talent development initiatives, including training coordination, learning programmes, and skills development
  • Support performance management processes, reviews, and HR documentation
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal communications, and culture initiatives
  • Work closely with managers to support manpower planning and team development
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute ideas and help drive new HR initiatives that improve culture, engagement, and ways of working
  • Support recruitment activities when required, including screening and coordination
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong interest in HR, people development, and organisational culture
  • Comfortable being hands‑on and managing multiple HR tasks concurrently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and professional
  • Organised, responsible, and detail‑oriented
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and drive initiatives
  • Positive, forward‑looking mindset with confidence to engage across all levels

Fresh graduates or early‑career professionals with strong internships or relevant experience are welcome.
