Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Training and Development for Analyst.
• Strong interest and passion in talent management and staff engagement.
• Knowledge in Pivot table and V-lookup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and executing training schedules and programs.
• Identify training interventions and talent retention programs.
• Design and maintain training dashboards to track effectiveness.
• Implement DEI initiatives and coordinate internship activities.
