Job summary

A leading tech recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting activities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within tech companies, and possess stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is essential, and an interest in the crypto and Web3 industry is a plus. This role offers a chance to provide an outstanding candidate experience and work closely with teams to improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc;
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding;
  • Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc;
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process;
  • Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiativesManage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners;
  • Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech companies or agencies;
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Able to operate within a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniquesSuccessful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals;
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skillsAbility to work independently;
  • An interest in or curiosity about the crypto and Web3 industry.
