We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our technology hiring initiatives and drive campus recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent while building strong relationships with universities and colleges to ensure a robust pipeline of early-career candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute campus hiring strategies, including organising career fairs, on-campus events, and internship programmes.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions to attract high-potential graduates and interns.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver best-fit candidates.
  • Utilise digital platforms and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring reports.
  • Promote employer branding through campus engagement and digital campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technology recruitment, either in-house or within an agency environment and campus hiring.
  • Solid understanding of various technology roles (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science) and associated skill sets.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
