• Involve in one of several teams of tax consultants and gradually specialize in specific tax areas
• Work under the guidance of more experienced colleagues (managers, senior consultants)
• Do researches and studies the documentation underlying relevant issues; leverages Deloitte standard methodologies and knowledge management resources
• Prepare draft letters and reports for clients, summarizes facts, analysis and specified solutions and recommendations
• Look for relevant reasoning to support recommendations and other information concerning Deloitte clients
• Attend meetings with clients together with managers and senior consultants
• Communicate with domestic and foreign clients
• Participate in comprehensive local and regional learning programs as well as undertakes self-study efforts using Deloitte global e-learning platform.

Key accountabilities

• Acquire an understanding of accounting, commercial knowledge, Vietnamese tax and business transactions
• Research technical opinions and positions on tax issues and reports to tax seniors and/or tax managers
• Demonstrate flexibility and exhibits good business sense, persistence and determination
• Regularly share, update and keep team members informed of project status and progress
