Products & Equipment

Within the Products & Equipment business unit, SSI SCHAEFER offers a wide range of products and solutions for manual and semi-automated intralogistics. Thanks to the modularity of the portfolio, the products can be optimally integrated and scaled. They can be divided into the following four product sectors:

Job Summary

The System Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of intralogistics solutions, including LogiMat and Mobile Rackbot, in Singapore. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing full sales cycle, building customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for logistics systems and solutions, including LogiMat and Mobile Rackbot.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence in Singapore.
  • Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal solution design, engineering, and project teams to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for product and business development.
  • Represent SSI Schaefer at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and drive business growth.
About you
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in intralogistics, material handling, or industrial automation.
  • Proven track record in solution selling and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation, storage systems, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrix organization.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
