Job description

• Job Title: System Manager (Cloud | AWS | ServiceNow | 5000-6500 | GOVT)
• Duration: 18 months
• Location: Depot Rd / Bukit Merah Central
• Salary: 5000-6500
• Eligibility: Only Singaporean

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Manage a team of outsourced operation/system engineers on the daily O&S management and service delivery of Tech Marketplace (SDMP and IDP)
• Review operational change request, maintenance schedules and deployment plans
• Ensure operation teams comply with operational SLAs and incident response timeline
• Coordinate with Cloud Platform Service Providers on incident triaging and root cause analysis
• Track and review operations deliverables such as account reviews, vulnerabilities management, monthly operation report

Stakeholders Coordination

• Primary point of contact for supported operational team across Platform Service Providers
• Collaborate closely with platform providers (ServiceNow Platform team, IDP catalog service providers) to ensure requirements are fulfilled and aligned

System Governance and Improvements

• Work with operation team to maintain documentation (runbook, playbook, SOP) are updated timely
• Identify and propose process and automation opportunities to reduce manual work
• Ensure configuration standard, access management and compliance standards are being adhere
• Partner with platform teams to plan and test new features, upgrades or integrations on the existing systems
• Manage system lifecycle activities i.e. patching, upgrade and EOL/EOS deprecation management

Job Requirement

• More than 2 years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations
• More than 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform
• Good understanding in managing enterprise IT systems or platforms
• Good understanding of Terraform/IaC and DevSecOps processes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
