Job description

Manage and administer VMware vSphere/ ESXi environments, including clusters, hosts, resource pools, and virtual machines.

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and/or Linux servers.

Carry out regular system patching, updates, and security hardening for servers and virtual platforms.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure resources.

Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and capacity-planning exercises.

Maintain storage (SAN/NAS) and backup systems, ensuring compliance with recovery objectives.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related system services.

Support incident response, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and change controls.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business projects and infrastructure initiatives.

Ensuring infrastructure meets cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

System health check, infra knowledge, infra log analysis and resolution for infra system issue and/or incident.

Provide enterprise-wide support to a high level of Microsoft Windows, VMware and Linux.

Provide standby support in a 24/7 environment and would require working on-call every month.

Qualities We Value
