System Analyst | Restaurant Chain

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document requirements for SAP ERP enhancements and customisations.
• Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, and collaborate with developers to build ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces that support business processes.
• Configure, maintain, and support SAP FICO modules.
• Prepare and update functional and technical documentation such as program specs, test plans, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing SAP processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and overall effectiveness.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts by providing technical input and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, offering timely support to end-users.
• Keep up to date with new SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, processes, and the ability to analyse and interpret business requirements.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP FICO.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills to present information clearly.
• Solid problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving SAP and IT technologies.
• SAP certifications and experience with SAP S/4HANA are advantageous.
• Knowledge in additional technologies such as RPA is a bonus.
