Job summary

A global coffee company is seeking an IT Professional to assist in system projects and manage application enhancements. The role requires strong technical skills in ERP applications and communication abilities, especially in Chinese for supporting subsidiaries in North Asia. A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is essential, along with a desire to work collaboratively. Opportunities for travel may be available.

  • Ability to travel inter-state and overseas as required.

  • Assist in the implementation of application system projects, including POS, ERP, Digital eCommerce.
  • Work with department heads to analyze and propose process solutions.
  • Manage third-party developers and conduct systems testing.

Responsibilities
  • Report to Head of IT to assist in the implementation of all application system projects, including POS, ERP, Digital eCommerce, etc
  • Work with respective department heads to analyse and propose process solution
  • Hands-on technical development skills to perform application enhancements in Navision C/SIDE, Microsoft Dynamics-Business Central, SQL scripts, Java scripting, or any other ERP applications
  • Impart and groom junior staffs.
  • Manage third-party developers to deliver customisation documentation with proper documentation
  • Performs and conduct systems testing, user training & acceptance testing, and post mortem follow-up
  • Responsible for quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Report Analytics implementation
Requirements
  • Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
  • Willing to get hands-on and work with the team
  • Able to travel inter-state and overseas where required
  • Preferred language: Chinese (Written and Spoken) due to the need to support our North Asia subsidiaries
