Job description

Working in 12-hour shift in supporting and up keeping customer IT backend systems running smoothly through:

• Perform General Administration
• Perform Daily Operational Tasks
• Perform Scheduled Tasks
• Perform System Defects Management
• Perform Network Management Services
• Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Solarwinds
• Assist Customer on Exercise Support
• Assist Customer on System Audit

Note1: Successful applicants will be given on-the-job training to become familiar with the systems and the various processes in supporting the systems.
