A sustainability consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Sustainability Analyst to support various consulting engagements. CSRWorks International is a sustainability consulting, assurance, and training firm headquartered in Singapore, working with clients across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States. We support organisations on sustainability strategy, reporting, climate action, sustainability ratings, and assurance.
We are hiring entry-level Sustainability Analysts to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and post-graduates who want to build strong, practical skills and a long-term career in sustainability consulting.
You will work on real client projects from day one, contribute to professional deliverables, and learn directly from experienced practitioners. CSRWorks is a Certified Great Place to Work®.
Support sustainability consulting engagements across reporting, climate and carbon management, sustainability ratings and assurance
Research sustainability standards, regulations and best practices
Collect, validate and analyse data for client disclosures and assessments
Draft sections of sustainability reports, presentations and client materials
Support project coordination, quality reviews and timelines
Collaborate with team members across projects and geographies
We are looking for motivated candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Strong interest in sustainability, climate change or corporate responsibility
Good research, analytical and writing skills
Ability to structure information clearly and communicate insights through written and presentation materials
Attention to detail and comfort working with structured data
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable using digital tools; familiarity with responsible use of AI is an advantage; programming skills will be an added advantage
Comfort working with numbers; basic statistical or data modelling skills are an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Willingness to work with clients and teams across different time zones when required
Prior internships or academic projects in sustainability are a plus, but not essential
