Sustainability Analyst
Role and introduction

CSRWorks International is a sustainability consulting, assurance, and training firm headquartered in Singapore, working with clients across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States. We support organisations on sustainability strategy, reporting, climate action, sustainability ratings, and assurance.

We are hiring entry-level Sustainability Analysts to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and post-graduates who want to build strong, practical skills and a long-term career in sustainability consulting.

You will work on real client projects from day one, contribute to professional deliverables, and learn directly from experienced practitioners. CSRWorks is a Certified Great Place to Work®.

Responsibilities
  • Support sustainability consulting engagements across reporting, climate and carbon management, sustainability ratings and assurance

  • Research sustainability standards, regulations and best practices

  • Collect, validate and analyse data for client disclosures and assessments

  • Draft sections of sustainability reports, presentations and client materials

  • Support project coordination, quality reviews and timelines

  • Collaborate with team members across projects and geographies

Requirements

We are looking for motivated candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

  • Strong interest in sustainability, climate change or corporate responsibility

  • Good research, analytical and writing skills

  • Ability to structure information clearly and communicate insights through written and presentation materials

  • Attention to detail and comfort working with structured data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable using digital tools; familiarity with responsible use of AI is an advantage; programming skills will be an added advantage

  • Comfort working with numbers; basic statistical or data modelling skills are an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

  • Willingness to work with clients and teams across different time zones when required

  • Prior internships or academic projects in sustainability are a plus, but not essential
